PlayHQ has reopened for another year of creativity, learning, and play with purpose.

After a short summer break, we are excited to share that PlayHQ is back open, returning with its regular hours of Monday-Saturday, 9.30am-3.30pm.

PlayHQ is our public indoor play space designed for tamariki aged 0-5 and their caregivers to enjoy together.

Each theme encourages creativity, participation, community, accessibility, inclusivity and sustainability. Activities are designed to be play-based and child-led. The current theme Topsy Turvy is a world of illusion and surprise, designed to be explored with your senses from spinner walls to auditory illusions.

Restarting soon in February, our E Tipu E Rea programme will take place on weekdays in PlayHQ. More details are coming soon about our 2025 programme dates.
