Introducing sensory accessibility kits in PlayHQ

PlayHQ is thrilled to have new sensory accessibility kits available for tamariki that need them.

If tamariki start to feel overwhelmed, whānau can now ask at the front desk and our PlayHQ hosts will grab a sensory kit for you.

The kits contain earmuffs, polarized sunglasses, a soft weighted blanket, and calming sensory toys. There are two sizes, infant and tamariki.

PlayHQ is a free play space for under fives, and is open Monday to Saturday.
