What’s your role at Capital E?
I’m the Marketing and Communications Manager. Lots of things fall into my ‘To Do’ list including shouting about all the awesome things we do at Capital E, making sure our audiences know who we are and what we stand for, and helping the creative producers deliver their creative experiences.
What’s the best thing about Capital E?
I’ve always wanted to work in a creative industry, so this is the dream team! I really enjoy listening to the inspiration and process for bringing creative projects to life.
What is your first memory of being creative?
I remember creating a cardboard house with cardboard furniture and a toilet paper roll doll. My favourite part of the house was the candle on the table (in the highly flammable house) that I “borrowed” from Cobb & Co.
Why is creativity so important?
Creativity is present in every part of your day. Someone was being creative in designing the clothes you wear, the food you eat, your favourite website, the car you drive. Creative thinking spans science, technology, the arts… it’s everywhere!
