Capital E National Theatre for Children Programme 2007

 

Capital E National Theatre for Children is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2007 with an education programme designed to inspire and educate students of all age groups - nationwide.

  • National tour of mythical marine adventure Songs of the Sea
  • South Island tour of dream-inspired dance drama - Into the REM-Zone, a collaboration with Footnote Dance
  • World premiere of Indonesian Balinese shadow puppetry work Spinning Mountain at the Capital E National Arts Festival in Wellington
  • North and South Island tour of the highly acclaimed ‘p erformance origami’ and puppetry comedy Paper Shaper
  • School workshopping of 'new development' piece Stealing Games, written by Gary Henderson and directed by one of New Zealand’s top directors, Murray Lynch.
